Format: 36-Holes, Stroke Play, USGA, Aloha Section PGA, and The King Kamehameha Golf Club local rules apply. The Maui Open Golf Champion shall be the player with the lowest 36-hole gross score in the Championship Flight. All other flights will have a champion in their respective categories. “A-Flight” Champion shall be the player with the lowest 36-hole net score. In the event of a tie for each flight, a sudden-death playoff shall decide the Champion.
Eligibility: Championship Flight (Black Tees) - Professional and Amateur golfers with a July 2026 USGA-approved handicap index of 6.2 or lower. (Gross score only)
Senior Flight (Blue/White Combo) - Senior (55+) Professional and Amateur golfers with a July 2026 USGA-approved handicap index of 6.2 or lower. (Gross score only)
Super Senior Flight (Gold Tees) - Super Senior (65+) Professional and Amateur golfers with a July 2026 USGA-approved handicap index of 6.2 or lower. (Gross score only)
A-Flight (White Tees) - Amateur golfers with a July 2026 USGA-approved handicap index of 15.4 or lower. Committee reserves the right to adjust competitor handicaps. (Net score only)
Women’s Flight (Red Tees) - Amateur golfers with a July 2026 USGA-approved handicap index of 15.4 or lower. Committee reserves the right to adjust competitor handicaps. (Gross and Net winners)
Driving Range: Range opens at 6:00 a.m. and warm-up balls will be provided before each tournament round.
Pro-Am: Friday, September 11 starting at 1 pm shotgun
Practice Round: Friday, September 11, schedule by calling the pro shop at (808) 249-0033, included with entry fee.
Video/Photo Release: By submitting this entry form, I hereby grant the Maui Open Golf Championship, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and media representatives the irrevocable right to record, photograph, film, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, name, and golf-related activities during the event. I authorize the Maui Open Golf Championship to use these images and recordings—without restriction—for promotional, editorial, educational, livestream, broadcast, social media, and fundraising purposes, in any media now known or later developed. I understand that all such materials become the property of the Maui Open Golf Championship and that I will not receive compensation for their use. I release the Maui Open Golf Championship and its representatives from any claims arising from the use of these images or recordings, including claims of invasion of privacy, defamation, or misappropriation. By entering the event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Video & Photo Release.

2026 Maui Open Golf Championship Pro-Am
Event Overview
The Maui Open Golf Championship Pro-Am will kick off tournament weekend with an exciting and community-focused event. This fun and competitive format pairs one golf professional with three amateurs on each team, creating an unforgettable experience for players of all skill levels.

Start Time: 1:00 PM Shotgun Start
Format: One Professional + Three Amateurs per team
Entry Fee: $150 per amateur
Payouts: Skins and prizes for top performers
Registration Options
Participants may enter as a full team (one pro and three amateurs) or sign up individually to be paired with a team. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
